2025 TITAN TOURNAMENTS BASEBALL RULE BOOK

New to fall of 2025: 13U Division will be offered at both 54’/80′, and 60’6″/90′ dimensions, and the maximum drop for bats will be drop 5. After speaking with several coaches, we will continue to default to 54’/80′, but will provide 60’6″/90′ dimensions if enough coaches request it for a particular tournament.

*All players must age up one calendar year starting with tournaments held on or after August 7th*

Whatever age group you’ll be playing in for spring of 2026 based on the age requirements listed below is the age group you’ll be playing in fall of 2025.

Age Requirement Date is April 28th of the current year (come fall of 2025, current year means 2026).

– Example of what’s within the rules and what’s not:

10U Division: Players who are 10 years old and don’t turn 11 until April 29th or later are eligible. Grade/age exception: Players who turn 11 on or before April 28th are ineligible unless they are in the 4th grade. Any player playing under the grade/age exception who turns 12 on or before September 1st is ineligible.

Please click the document below to view the rules that will be used for all Titan baseball tournaments. The online version of the rule book will supersede any printed versions.

*We will default to National Federation of High School rules for anything that’s not covered in our rule book*

PSA on this rule change about ejections:- A standard ejection will result in removal from the current game. Flagrant ejections will result in removal from the current game, plus an additional one game suspension. The umpire making the ejection will record whether it was a standard ejection or a flagrant ejection, and notify the head coach, or remaining coach prior to the conclusion of the current game. The Titan Tournaments director will be notified upon completion of that game. All rulings are final, and there will be no negotiating reinstatement for the following game if a flagrant ejection is ruled.

As of 10/7/25 Titan Tournaments will allow the use of one way communication devices between the coach and the catcher only for the purpose of calling pitches at ages 8UKP and older. The catcher’s hearing device must be contained inside their catcher’s helmet. The coach calling pitches must be inside the dugout, when using one way communication.

13U and older – metal cleats are allowed, but not on artificial mounds.

13U Bat Rule – Drop 5 is the maximum drop allowed.

Titan Tournaments will not allow the following list of bats. Any BBCOR bat disallowed by the NCAA or NFHS will also be disallowed by Titan Tournaments. Any USA bats disallowed by USA will also be disallowed by Titan Tournaments.
