Scoreboards are available (except when we are in Forsyth county) – the visiting team shall provide a volunteer to keep the scoreboard.
Both teams shall keep a score book, in the event of a discrepancy with what the umpire has, we will reference both books, if they do not match, then we will use what the umpire has.
All roster and waiver forms shall be submitted in hard copy form to the on site Titan Director prior to first pitch. ALL FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED. If you cannot locate the director please locate their phone number where scores are posted on site and contact them, so you can turn in your roster and waiver form. Please make extra copies of your roster and waiver form, as you will need to turn one in at every tournament.
12U Teams playing at Yonah Sports Complex in Cleveland, GA – Please drive all the way back past the old fields until the road dead ends into a parking lot. This is where the newer fields are, and where you’re playing March 28th.
If you’re playing at Lions Club Park in Lilburn with a trailer, or pull behind camper, you must park in the lower end of the parking lot below Field 5.

GAME TIMES WILL BE POSTED AT 10PM WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE TOURNAMENT.
Scores will be posted during every tournament throughout the day. Bracket match-ups for seeded tournaments will be posted after seeding games are completed.
The amount due for each team will also be posted in a document at this location.
