HOW TEAMS ARE CLASSIFIED
A – Teams that win the large majority of the games they play against B competition, and play around .500 or better against other A level teams. A level teams usually have a combination of great pitching, offense, and defense.
B – Teams that win the large majority of the games they play against C competition, and play around .500 against other B teams. B teams usually have a combination of good pitching, offense, and defense.
C – Teams that win the large majority of the games they play against Rookie competition, and play around .500 against other C teams. C teams usually have a combination of average pitching, offense, and defense.
Rookie – Teams that are working towards getting better, but currently do not compete well against C teams, and sometimes struggle against other Rookie teams. Rookie teams usually have a combination of below average pitching, offense, and defense.
